2017 Internship Opportunities for Education Students

 

 

 

 

 

GoEco invites students and faculty to participate in our education internships and volunteer projects abroad!

 

 

 

 

 

Teaching Assistant in the Galapagos

Ecuador

If you are pursuing a career in eduction, then this project is not to be missed! Travel to the breathtaking Galapagos islands to volunteer as a Teaching Assistant in the local school system. You can teach English in Elementary and High Schools, assist with pre-school care, and even create and implement some of your own lesson plans.

 

 

 

 

Laos

Teach English in an established primary school in Laos. The curriculum combines structured grammar and vocabulary classes with educational games such as role-playing and singing songs. Teachers can use their own creative ideas for games and activities as well!

 

 

 

 

 

Zambia

Volunteer as a teaching assistant in schools for orphaned and at-risk youth. You will also help develop new ways to reach students, and provide individual attention to those students who require extra support.

 

 

 

 

 

Nepal

Teach math, history, science, geography and computer skills in a local Nepalese school. You will therefore not only gain hands-on teaching experience, you help build a brighter future for Nepal's next generation.

 

 

 

 

 

Thailand

You have the option to teach English to students ranging from age 4 to 21 in one of several Thai schools. These classrooms use an informal approach, and encourage creative activities and workshops.
