Teach in Sweden

ATTN: SENIOR EDUCATION STUDENTS

The Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) will be recruiting for teachers and educational leaders (i.e., administrators) for age groups 9-19 for their schools in Sweden. They will be visiting Edinboro University to interview on January 24, 2012 from 2 to 4; and will deliver a presentation at 5:00 on January 24th in the Pogue Student Center multipurpose room. Their head of academics, Damian Brunker, would like to receive application materials in advance so that he and his staff can select students and schedule interviews in advance of the 24th. Please contact Dr. Forbes for the official position announcement. Gannon teacher candidates are welcome to interview and attend the presentation.

13th Annual Shenandoah Valley Teacher Recruitment Fair

The students in Gannon’s School of Education are invited to attend the 13th Annual Shenandoah Valley Teacher Recruitment Fair in Harrisonburg, VA on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Teacher candidates will have the opportunity to select interviews with representatives from nine school divisions located in one of the most beautiful areas of Virginia.
