Taskstream update

The School of Education is pleased to announce that TaskStream has created a customized Lesson Plan and Unit Plan format for Gannon University.  These new templates follow the approved Gannon University Lesson and Unit Plan templates.  We hope this will enhance your lesson planning experience!

Users will find the new options available when creating a new lesson or unit plan.  Just select  Gannon U Lesson Plan instead of the TaskStream Basic Lesson.  The same procedure applies for the Unit Plan.

Individuals who would like to investigate a TaskStream membership and training can contact Dr. Forbes at forbes001@gannon.edu for further information.

Finally, we extend a big THANK YOU to our focus group team who provided guidance on how to move forward with the new planning templates.  The focus group also recommended a workshop on advanced features of TaskStream.  We are pleased to meet this request with a workshop to take place November 19 from 5-6 pm as part of KDP's Education Week offerings.

Feedback is always welcome.  Again, Dr. Forbes is your contact person for TaskStream.

Something to think on

I know finals are a month or more away but I came across this article and thought it was worth sharing in advance.  I hope it hits home for some of our students.
