The Office of Admissions is seeking highly motivated Gannon students to fill several vacancies on the editorial board of Edge, our online magazine geared toward prospective students and their families. The purpose of Edge is to recruit students by sharing news, information and insight on the Gannon experience. The editorial board members will work closely with the editor-in-chief, helping to manage a staff of volunteer contributors, and will report to the staff operations manager. Applications will be accepted through December 9, 2011. These positions are not work study -- they are considered special projects, so applicants do not need to qualify for work study.
- One paid copy editor position is available (6 hours per week).
- One paid assistant video editor position is available (2 hours per week).
- Volunteer positions (assistant copy editor, photo editor, assistant photo editor, video production assistant, assistant editor) are also available.
- Edge’s editor-in-chief, managing editor, video editor and photo editor positions are already filled.
